RHDO (Rashmi Human Development Organization) has been working with the hard core poor people. Extreme poverty, illiteracy, diseases and other social barriers dominate their livelihood. The agency is committed to make its program socially, financially and environmentally sustainable using innovative ideas and involving the community institutions. To achieve the set goal, it has defined the following broader objectives.

* To facilitate the human resource development

* To implement activities for the income generation of poor people

* To promote mass literacy and functional education program.

* To promote sustainable agriculture and social forestry in order to create better environment.

* To extend social awareness, gender quality and legal right of women.

* To promote income of the poor through poultry, fishery and livestock development program.

* To empower the community on mother and child health care.

* Actively involved in family planning activities.

* Economical self-reliance of the poor households through savings and credit program (Proposed).

* Humanitarian response during natural disasters.
